GENERAL
★ By contacting me for a commission, you have ensured to have read all of my ToS and hereby agree to the conditions I have in working your commission★ My finished commissions will be posted to my socials unless you specify otherwise.

PAYMENTS
★ Payment will be asked for in full before I send the sketch for approval or after I finish the artwork but before I send it to you (This option is Patreon only).★ Before I start the commission, for orders with addons, I will send a price breakdown for the commissioner to approve before getting started.
REVISIONS
★ I will provide a sketch or the lineart of your commission once it is finalized to approve. At this stage, request all the changes you want. Once I have started rendering, any big changes (like changing the entire pose of a character) might require extra payment, but minor changes can be requested after the final artwork is sent until the client approves★ If I give you the sketch and you'd like to see the lineart stage as well, please tell me when I give you said sketch.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

USE
★ Commissioned art from me can be used for Personal use or Commercial use.★ You may use commissioned art by me for personal use such as avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, creating physical reproductions of the artwork, etc as long as it is for your personal use only (not for sale).★ For commercial use, you'll have to pay at least 50% of the final price unless stated otherwise. This price will go up depending on the use case.★ The only exception to the above- You are NOT allowed to use commissioned pieces by me in any AI-related products and AI generation. Likewise, all commissioned art from me are NOT to be used for any form of blockchain-related technology. This includes NFT, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in the space.
REFUNDS
★ All commissions can be canceled, but the Payment can not be refunded (You'll get the Sketch/lineart file with a watermark)
